Fr. Emmanuel Tabi Mensah, a Ghanaian by birth, was ordained a priest on July 11, 1992. He was raised by a Catholic family and reckons his faith and vocation from his Catholic upbringing. Before his appointment to St. Jude (Franklin) and Shrine of the Infant Jesus of Prague as Pastor in on July 1st, 2022, he had previously served as:
